Group Training
About Drop-In Classes
Enjoy the motivation of a group with the personal attention of a coach. Drop-In Classes offered:
- Mat Pilates: Utilize bands, small weights, and balls for full body mat workout.
- Brawl: HIIT based Kickboxing utilizing bags, TRX, Kettlebells.
What’s Included
With Drop-In Classes you’ll receive:
- 60-minute, coach-led group training sessions
- A variety of exercises for total-body strength and mobility
- Modifications for all fitness levels
- A supportive, community atmosphere

Do I need a membership or need to sign a contract?
No. You can simply pay by the week or bundle sessions for a discount.
What should I expect at my kickoff session?
We will focus on getting to know each other, take measurements to track progress, perform a movement assessment, and go over long-term and short-term goals.
Can I train with a friend?
Yes, for each extra person just add $10/session (30 min) or $20/session (60 min) and share the cost.
